About the Role

As a Strategy & Planning Manager, you’ll drive the initiatives that define how we grow, where we expand, and how we operate at scale. This is a leadership role for someone who moves fast, thinks clearly under pressure, and knows how to turn strategy into execution.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Strategy Officer—but you’ll own outcomes. From identifying opportunities to setting direction to pushing initiatives across the finish line, this role will build momentum and deliver results.

Lead and launch strategic initiatives that directly power company growth and market expansion
Identify where we win next, using market research, competitive analysis, and internal data
Design and run execution plans, defining priorities, timelines, and success metrics
Drive AI transformation strategy with senior client executives by deeply understanding their businesses and defining where AI delivers real value
Turn strategy into reality, pushing ideas from concept to measurable impact—fast

Requirements

5–6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or founder / operator roles at high-growth startups
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
A hands-on, execution-oriented problem solver
Relentless, high-standards mindset with a get-it-done approach
Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days per week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $210,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
