We’re creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers.

But we’re not stopping there. We’re also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices that rewards users in Energy Dollars for electrifying their homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours, and helping balance the grid. This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.

We are looking for an exceptionally driven and ambitious individual to work directly with the CEO on the most complex and impactful problems across Fuse. The ideal candidate is an independent operator who can execute at high intensity, break down difficult problems, and move rapidly from strategy to implementation.

Responsibilities:

You will work directly with the CEO across product, trading, strategy, finance, operations, and new business lines. This includes structuring problems, executing solutions, and driving critical initiatives end-to-end.
Examples of what you’ll work on:

Supporting product and commercial strategy across existing and new product lines
Analysing trading, supply economics, and operational bottlenecks
Leading scoping and modelling for new markets, products, or regulatory environments
Supporting renewable build-out strategy and evaluating development opportunities
Designing pricing, forecasting, and business models
Preparing materials and insights for CEO-level decisions
Negotiating with strategic partners and supporting key commercial relationships
Owning high-priority special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a top university in STEM with coding or analytical experience
Demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement
Ability to break down complex problems and execute quickly
Comfortable learning fast, switching contexts, and working with limited guidance
Capable of working independently or with cross-functional teams
Relentless, detail-oriented, and highly operational mindset
