パートナー営業 1 課
今回のポジションを募集しているパートナー営業 1 課では、ビジネスパートナーである MVNO（Mobile Virtual Network Operator）事業者と協力して法人回線獲得を行っています。MVNO は自前のサービスや販売チャネルと楽天モバイルのサービスを組み合わせ、世の中に新しい価値を提供する通信キャリアです。
そのためパートナーの数だけ異なるニーズがあり、それに応えるための様々な機能を抱えています。通信業界や MVNO という存在に馴染みが無い方にはしっかりと研修を行うため、未経験の方でも活躍できる環境が整っています。

業務内容
<このポジションの具体的な業務内容>
お任せする予定の業務は次の通りです。

キャリア間接続・ローミング戦略の立案と実行:
・国内、国外の通信市場動向、競合分析、技術トレンドを把握し、楽天モバイルの接続・ローミング戦略を策定
・サービス品質向上、コスト最適化、収益最大化を目指した最適な接続・ローミング方式の検討と導入推進
・国内、国外の接続先キャリアやローミングパートナーの探索、評価、選定ビジネス交渉・契約締結:国内、国外の通信事業者との商業条件交渉、技術要件調整、契約締結
・複雑な商業モデルや技術仕様を理解し、双方にとって Win-Winとなる合意形成を主導
・法務部門等と連携し、契約書の作成・レビュー・修正

社内関連部署との連携:
・ネットワーク技術、サービス開発、法務、経理など、社内各部門と密接に連携し、プロジェクトを推進
・接続・ローミングに関する最新情報を社内に共有し、事業戦略への反映を促進

働く環境
組織構成や人数、人員構成課全体で現在は 20 名程度のチームですが、将来的には 30～50 名
程度の組織まで拡大していく見込みです。若手から中堅の方、国外企業とのビジネス経験のある方、海外赴任してのビジネス経験のある方、また今後の組織拡大を踏まえ、難しい環境下でチームをマネージされ成功に導かれた経験のあるベテランの方も歓迎します。

経験豊富な中堅から若手まで幅広いキャリアのメンバーが在籍し
ています。通信業界出身のメンバーも一定割合居ますが、異なる産
業の経験者もしっかりと馴染んでいます。

必須要件：
・何かしらの事業企画や事業開発、プロジェクトマネジメントなどいずれかの経験を5年以上有する方
・ビジネスで通用する、英語及び日本語能力
・高いコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力（社内外の多様なステークホルダーとの調整力）
・複雑な商業モデルや技術要件を理解し、交渉に活かせる論理的思考力
・Microsoft Power Point/Excel/Word の利用経験

歓迎要件：
・通信業界（MNO/MVNO 問わず）におけるキャリア間接続、またはローミング関連業務の経験
・国内外の通信事業者とのビジネス交渉、契約締結、アライアンス構築経験
・モバイルネットワーク技術に関する基本的な理解
・外国企業と英語でビジネス経験のある方（レベル応相談）

・何かしらの営業経験のある方（通信・IT 業界なら尚可）
・フットワークの軽い方
・取り組むタスクに自分事として取り組める方

Department Overview

akuten Mobile is currently focusing particularly on itscorporate business. Our Partner Sales Division is responsible for creating and expanding business through partners (MVNOs or sales agents/distributors). Leveraging
Rakuten Mobile's uniquely innovative technology infrastructure, we lead the transformation of the telecommunications industry.

＜Partner Sales Team 1＞
Partner Sales Team 1, which is recruiting for this position,
works in collaboration with MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network
Operator) businesses — our key business partners — to
acquire corporate line contracts. MVNOs are
telecommunications carriers that combine their own services
and sales channels with Rakuten Mobile's services to deliver
new value to the market.

JOB Responsibilities
＜Specific Responsibilities for This Position＞
The following outlines the duties you will be expected to take
on:
Inter-Carrier Connectivity & Roaming Strategy Planning
and Execution:
• Monitor domestic and international telecommunications market trends, conduct competitive　analysis, and track technology trends to formulate Rakuten Mobile's connectivity and roaming strategy
• Evaluate and drive the adoption of optimal connectivity and roaming models aimed at improving service quality, optimizing costs, and maximizing revenue
• Identify, evaluate, and select domestic and international carrier connectivity partners and roaming partners Business Negotiation & Contract Execution:
• Negotiate commercial terms, coordinate technical requirements, and finalize contracts with domestic and international telecommunications operators
• Lead the formation of mutually beneficial, win-win agreements by thoroughly understanding complex commercial models and technical specifications
Collaborate with the legal department and other relevant teams to draft, review, and revise contracts Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal departments —including network engineering, service development, legal, and finance — to drive projects forward
• Share the latest information on connectivity and roaming with internal stakeholders and facilitate its integration into business strategy

Required Qualifications:

・At least 5 years of experience in business planning, business development, or project management.

・Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.

・Strong communication and presentation skills (ability to coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders).

・Logical thinking skills to understand complex commercial models and technical requirements and leverage them in negotiations.

・Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Desired Qualifications

・Experience in inter-carrier connectivity or roaming-related operations within the telecommunications industry (MNOor MVNO)

・Experience in business negotiations, contract execution, and alliance building with domestic and/or international telecommunications operators

・Basic understanding of mobile network technologies

・Experience conducting business in English with foreign companies (proficiency level is negotiable)

・Some form of sales experience (experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus)

・Ability to act with agility and flexibility

・Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and approach them with a proactive mindset
