A well-established rural health clinic is seeking a patient-centered, empathetic Physician to join its collaborative care team. This practice provides comprehensive outpatient services, convenient on-site resources, and access to multiple specialties.

The clinic offers a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care to a diverse patient population.

Position Overview

Full-time, employed position
Outpatient-only setting
Rural Health Center designation
Collaborative team consisting of 1 Physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner
On-site services include X-ray and laboratory services
Access to specialty care, including:

OB/GYN
Cardiology
Behavioral Health
Endocrinology

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
Must maintain BLS and ACLS certifications
