Job Title: dCommerce Specialist – New Channel and DTC

JOB PURPOSE
You will drive the execution and operational excellence, leveraging data and insights to enhance product visibility and shopper engagement online. You’ll develop best-in-class partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to achieve joint business objectives and exponential digital growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Growth Optimization: Drive Joint Business Plan (JBP) targets, focusing on revenue, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). Monitor sales performance and ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives.
Launch and manage our brand presence on quick commerce platforms (e.g. GrabMart, LINE MAN) and D2C channels.
Optimize product listings with compelling 7OAs, high-quality visuals, and descriptions to maximize visibility and conversion.
Coordinate with marketing to run targeted campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions tailored to each channel.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activity—then turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure real-time inventory accuracy and fast fulfillment.
Test and implement new tools, integrations, and automation to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, platform updates, and emerging sales opportunities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of capabilities and attributes including, but not limited to:

Min 2 years' experience in Key Account Management, Omni channel is a plus.
Experience with major retailers/marketplaces and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset for crafting engaging product content and promotional campaigns.
Excellent coordination skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams.
A proactive, experimental approach—comfortable testing new ideas and iterating quickly.
