You have: 必須条件:

Professional fluency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to bridge communication gaps across global teams. 日本語と英語の両方でビジネスレベルでの流暢なコミュニケーション能力を備え、グローバルチーム間のコミュニケーションを支える能力
Deep familiarity with Japanese traffic laws, road rules, and regional driving regulations日本の交通法規、道路交通規則、および地域ごとの運転規制に関する深い知識
10+ years of experience developing documentation, training content and hands-on expertise with the associated methodologies, tools and systems (such as LMS, Articulate, Captivate etc.)ドキュメント作成やトレーニングコンテンツ開発における 10 年以上の経験、関連する手法、ツール、システム（学習管理システム、Articulate、Captivate など）に関する実践的な専門知識
