We’re expanding and currently looking for a Junior Documentation Manager (m/f/d) to join and strengthen our customer team in Friedrichshafen.

In this role, you will support comprehensive document management processes within the aerospace sector in a highly technical environment equipped with modern tools and state-of-the-art technology.

As the primary point of contact for document and data management, you will support processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

Your main tasks

Formal checking of internal documents against templates and guidelines
Receiving and reviewing external document/data package deliveries
Delivering documents and data packages to internal teams, suppliers, and customers

Requirements

High level of precision and accuracy is a MUST
High level autonomy required
Process oriented mindset; follow existing processes and pro activity to improve them

The Following Experiences are a plus

Preferred - 1 year of experience in documentation management within the aeronautics/aerospace sector
Completed training in technical documentation or a comparable qualification
Experience with PDM systems (e.g., PTC-Windchill) or information systems (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace) is a plus
