The Role

Executar atividades relacionadas aos serviços, com foco nas atividades de grau de complexidade básico;
Acompanhar, full time, atividades a serem executadas por outras partes nos ambientes de TI do Data Center e salas técnicas, com foco em atividades, de TI ou não, que requerem poucos detalhes técnicos nos relatos;
Relatar todas as atividades que executar ou acompanhar;
Detectar e relatar desvios na execução de atividades na operação;
Auxiliar no planejamento e controle do fluxo de requisições de serviço e atendimento de demandas operacionais;
Executar rondas, vistorias e inventários nos ambientes de data center, salas técnicas e estoque;
Apoiar na documentação de procedimentos, processos quaisquer outros documentos, dashboards, controles e apresentações relacionados à operação como um todo.

Habilidades e Experiência Requeridas:

Curso técnico completo ou superior em andamento;
Conhecimentos técnicos básicos em TI;
Conhecimentos técnicos básicos em microinformática:
Habilidades básicas de leitura em inglês;
Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial na Mooca em São Paulo/SP;
Disponibilidade para turno 2: das 14h30 às 23h20.
