Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in AI SaaS or B2B SaaS sales. In this remote sales role, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria and buying intent.
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives and sales leadership.
Conduct market research to identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Stay updated on AI SaaS trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to meetings booked, opportunities created, and outbound activity.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or B2B SaaS sales.
Previous experience selling AI SaaS, automation tools, or technology solutions is strongly preferred.
Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and consultative selling techniques.
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
