Job Description

As the Territory Services Manager, you will lead the development of business strategy and plans through a team of technical field support, project resources, field engineers, professionals, alliances resources, administrative personnel, and other resources. Your work will involve responsibility for small project field delivery, emergency call out, and maintenance agreements. You will report to the North America Lifecycle Field Services Manager and work from any one of the following locations: Chicago or Indianapolis. Your work will be primarily remote, with travel to customers within the region.

Your Responsibilities:

You will lead a team of 14 Field Service Engineers and manage their utilization in the territory
You will deploy Field Service Engineers for projects and serve as the primary escalation point for issues related to field labor
You will manage Field Labor financials, provide forecasting for the business and develop all resource planning
You will provide commercial support in securing field labor business and partner with businesses that utilize field labor for startup and commissioning
You will provide input for generating and pricing proposals.
You will coach and provide guidance to Field Service Engineers, Proposal Leads, and Project Admins

The Essentials - You Will Have:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
A valid drivers license.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

2+ years experience managing engineers, revenue growth and profitability
Knowledgeable on Rockwell Automation business systems

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $123,680.00 - $185,520.00 USD with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
