Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build or grow a career in tech sales, with a clear pathway to Account Executive roles.

You’ll be responsible for engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that directly contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP)
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
Track all activities and manage leads in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Personalize outreach to improve engagement and conversion rates
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Requirements

3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
Experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital services is a plus
