Housekeeping Manager

to join our team at a new luxury resort in Paros.

The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping department to deliver impeccable cleanliness and exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
Manage, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure superior service and adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient room turnovers.
Manage budgeting, inventory, and ordering of housekeeping supplies.
Handle guest feedback related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in luxury hospitality environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
