Fi is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate!

What You’ll Do:

Own and maintain Fi’s sales forecasts, financial models, and unit economics to support high-stakes decision-making
Partner with the Data team to define, analyze, and report core business KPIs and key drivers of consumer behavior
Prepare clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and investors
Work closely with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy, alignment, and clarity across the business
Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and scaling efforts, bringing financial rigor to the company’s highest-impact opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment
Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement models, forecasting, and unit economics; advanced Excel fluency required
Working knowledge of ROI, LTV/CAC, GAAP, and modern analytics tools such as Tableau or SQL; VBA a plus
Structured, forward-looking thinker who can balance multiple priorities, bring clarity to complex situations, and translate messy data into sound decisions
Comfortable working cross-functionally and synthesizing inputs from across the business into a coherent financial narrative
Empathetic, collaborative partner who values diverse perspectives and supports teammates through strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong belief in measurement and accountability as the foundation for influence and impact
