Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative to spearhead our expansion within the Australian and Singaporean markets. Representing a premier consultancy specializing in high-level financial technology implementation, you will be the first point of contact for CFOs and Finance Directors at major enterprises. This is a strategic hunter role where you will bridge the gap between complex financial challenges and world-class consultancy solutions. If you are a seasoned sales professional with a talent for navigating the finance suite and a drive to hit uncapped incentives, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 50-80 outbound calls per day to senior finance leadership (CFOs, Finance Directors, VPs of Finance).
Qualify leads to the "Magic35" standard, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the senior consulting team.
Book high-level discovery calls and manage the early-stage sales funnel within Salesforce and Salesloft.
Generate interest and secure attendance for niche industry events that the team attends across the APAC region.
Maintain a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape to effectively communicate the value of implementation services.
Coordinate closely with UK-based leadership while operating autonomously within the APAC timezone.

Requirements

3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting.
Extensive experience selling directly to CFOs, Finance Directors, or Senior Finance leadership.
Exceptional communication skills with a native-level Australian accent (essential for market alignment).
Ability to work Australian business hours (any AU timezone) and commit to an initial 2-week training period in the UK timezone.
Proficiency in modern sales stacks, specifically Salesforce and Salesloft.
A results-oriented "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

5+ years of sales experience within the Finance or SaaS sectors.
Experience selling professional consultancy or implementation services.
Familiarity with financial technologies such as CCH Tagetik, Workiva, Sage Intacct, FloQast, Pigment, Oracle NetSuite, or Kyriba.
Previous experience in event-lead generation or field marketing support.
A background in account management or client relationship services.
