What you'll be doing

Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing broker partners across your territory
Develop and execute strategic distribution and growth initiatives for SafetyCulture Care
Drive profitable new business growth and expand market share through existing and new partnerships
Identify, onboard and grow high-value broker and industry relationships
Conduct broker meetings, presentations, market visits and joint planning sessions
Deliver education, training and enablement sessions to brokers and key stakeholders
Represent SafetyCulture Care at industry events, conferences and market days
Act as a trusted market representative and key point of contact for strategic partners
Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, market feedback and partnership priorities
Champion the SafetyCulture Care proposition by connecting insurance outcomes with technology, risk management and operational improvement

About you

Strong existing broker, adviser or industry relationships
Experience in broking, underwriting, business development, partnerships or another market-facing insurance role
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
A proactive, self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong commercial acumen and a growth-focused mentality
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and building credibility at all levels
A genuine passion for networking, relationship management and business development
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing and evolving environment
