This role

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible to lead a team of Retail Marketers across our Established markets in Latin America. The team is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers, retain existing ones and drive growth in our B2B2C retail offline channels.

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible to lead a team of Retail Marketers across our Established markets in Latin America. The team is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers, retain existing ones and drive growth in our B2B2C retail offline channels.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute local marketing B2B2X strategies, with end to end budget ownership and accountability for vintage gross margin against marketing investment.

Drive in-store marketing across retail network with thousands of points of sale, including:

Align on joint marketing strategies with B2B retail partners and OEMs.

Ensure coherent brand and messages throughout the customer journey.

Co-ordinate with suppliers and field force sales team to ensure high coverage of quality materials at all points of sale.

Drive B2C business through B2C retail channel and digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Take a data driven approach to analyze and optimize customer activation, engagement, and retainment of customers, and to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Assist the country leadership team in leading expansion plans for the market and shape the plan for launching new services while ensuring strong coordination with internal and external teams along the way.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree marketing, communication, advertising, or studying in a field related to data analysis.

10+ years of experience with Retail marketing experience in consumer electronics and/or fintech industries. Experience serving underbanked customers is a plus.

Track record of results in trade marketing, branding, and media expertise, with a strong bias for action

Experience delivering commercial KPIs e.g. customer lifetime value, CAC, ROI, etc.

Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Comfortable working across diverse subject areas and a fast learner.
