What we're building

The #1 priority of every CEO is to grow the company. But the business teams responsible for revenue are stuck in a soul-crushing web of dependencies that prevent them from growing. Marketing has a winning idea but design and engineering can't prioritize building the campaign. Sales needs a custom business case to close a deal but marketing is slammed. Every dependency is revenue missed.

We built Mutiny to solve this problem. Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition: do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. From breaking into new verticals and personas to personalizing every interaction with every customer, Mutiny takes on the manual work so your team can run faster.

Mutiny was founded in 2018. By Silicon Valley's scoreboard, we had made it: $72M raised from YC and Sequoia, and eight-figure ARR from companies like Uber and Snowflake. But we could see AI was about to rewrite how GTM works, and we wanted to lead that transformation for our industry. So 6 months ago we shut down the eight-figure SaaS business, moved the team in-person (15 people), and rebuilt Mutiny as an agent-first platform for GTM teams.

In April we re-launched, and the bet worked. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing at 100% week-over-week, 10x faster than any product we have launched, with customers like Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto. Now it’s time to grow the team that will help us build a generational company.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Head of GTM to bring Mutiny to millions of users. You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, own revenue end-to-end from first touch to retention, and help shape the decisions that define the company’s brand and culture. You’ll be building the AI infrastructure layer that reshapes how every GTM team operates. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week.

What you'll own

Revenue. PLG self-serve signups and conversion, sales-led motion including pipeline and ARR, retention and expansion.
Marketing. Build the engine from zero to inevitable, including hiring the team and building the channels.
GTM engineering. Build the agent-powered growth stack (including Mutiny!) that lets 5 people out-ship a team of 50.
Sales and CX. You'll own pricing, evaluation, and expansion strategy to help us close deals and drive customer adoption. Depending on your skills and interest, these functions could fully report to you or you can own the strategy and ops portions.
The team. Hire the best GTM people in the world and build a culture of winners.
The story. You'll shape how the market understands category-defining AI products for GTM.

Who you are

A nose for distribution. You're a savant at breaking through noise. You know which channel will work before the data says so, and you know when to kill one that won't. You've built a demand engine from scratch and watched it compound.
A simplifier. Most leaders add. You subtract. You can look at a tangled funnel, a bloated roadmap, or a messy org and find the one move that makes everything else obvious. You are hands-on-keyboard and love tinkering with and understanding how everything works.
Deep sense of urgency. Every company is re-evaluating their GTM stack right now. The window is open and we're playing to win. You live in relentless pursuit of outcomes and you're never satisfied until you're #1.
A holistic company builder. You may not have run every GTM function, but you have an exceptionally high bar for talent and understand the revenue levers holistically. You're as comfortable writing a LinkedIn post that moves pipeline as you are pulling SQL to debug conversion.

A big seat at the table. You're the customer we sell to and the power user of the product, which means you'll have a big seat at the table including shaping company strategy and participating in board conversations. This role can quickly convert to COO.
