Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of medical communications programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. You will act as a key coordination point between internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors, helping maintain alignment across all workstreams.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple concurrent medical communication programs
Coordinate internal and client meetings, ensuring clear documentation of actions, decisions, and next steps
Support medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submission processes and ensure compliance with review requirements
Track project budgets, invoices, and financial documentation in collaboration with finance teams
Facilitate communication between scientific, creative, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution
Support vendor coordination and logistics for meetings, events, and program deliverables
Independently manage smaller-scale projects while contributing to larger program initiatives

Requirements

This role requires strong organizational capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, client-facing environment. You should be comfortable working in healthcare or agency settings where accuracy, compliance, and communication are critical.

2–3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or agency environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
Strong experience managing multiple timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously
Familiarity with medical communications or healthcare-related project environments preferred
Exposure to MLR processes or regulated industries is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities
