Tenstorrent is seeking a Senior Engineer, System-Level Design Verification to ensure our AI silicon delivers reliable, scalable performance in real workloads. You will validate full-system behavior, from connectivity to throughput, across large distributed compute platforms.

This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, Austin, TX or Belgrade, Serbia.

Who You Are

Experienced verification engineer focused on full-system behavior, not only block-level micro-architecture.
Strong at analyzing AI workload performance and hardware interaction end-to-end.
Comfortable debugging complex issues with both hardware and software teams.
Obsessed with reliability, observability, and operational excellence across compute platforms.

What We Need

Validate system connectivity, coherency, and functionality across large, distributed AI compute systems.
Measure and tune performance for end-to-end AI workloads to hit silicon targets.
Define and evolve observability, diagnostics, and system-level test frameworks.
Align verification plans with silicon goals in partnership with hardware and software teams.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
