How you'll make an impact:

Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap across E&E experiences, aligned to company goals of user growth, engagement, and revenue

Drive product-led growth, owning key metrics including MAU growth, retention, payer conversion, and subscription and à la carte performance

Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, setting a high bar for craft, analytical rigor, and executional excellence

Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Brand to deliver high-quality product experiences and drive cohesive strategy and execution across the product lifecycle

Leverage the shared E&E platform to ship efficiently, while identifying where individual brands need differentiated, community-first experiences

Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform decisions, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact – breaking big bets into testable milestones and pivoting based on what you learn

Champion a customer-first mindset, deeply understanding the needs of the diverse communities our brands serve

Balance business objectives with community trust and safety, ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and high-integrity user experience

Establish and evolve product processes and operating rhythms that enable efficient, high-quality product development

Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to expand our impact and reach

We could be a match if:

You have 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling high-volume consumer mobile products

You have 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing product managers

You have experience leading subscription-based or otherwise monetized consumer products

You have a strong track record of driving measurable growth across user engagement, retention, and revenue

You are highly data-driven, with experience using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions and de-risk big bets

You are both strategic and hands-on – comfortable setting vision while also diving into execution details

You excel at cross-functional leadership, influencing and aligning stakeholders across multiple disciplines and leadership teams

You bring strong product intuition and UX sensibility, with a deep understanding of what makes great consumer experiences

You communicate clearly and succinctly in writing and in person, especially with cross-functional partners and leadership

You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can balance competing priorities effectively

You have empathy for the diverse communities our products serve, and are motivated by our mission to help people make meaningful connections

What's the Team Like:

You'll lead a cross-functional product team and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Brand, and the broader E&E organization

E&E operates as a nimble, mission-driven division within Match Group, combining startup energy with global scale and shared platform leverage
