これまでRed Hatでは即戦力となる経験者採用を主としていましたが、時代の変化に迅速に対応するため、昨年から新たな試みを始めました。

Red Hatで過ごす最初の1年間とそれから

本職種では、入社後最初の1年間は次のような過ごし方を想定しています。

Red Hatが提供する次世代コンサルタント育成プログラムへの参加(入社から1年間)
他国にいる同じプログラムに参加しているメンバーとの交流(リモートと対面)
経験豊富なコンサルタントがメンターとしてシャドーイングやメンタリングでサポート
最初の業務内容はベテランコンサルタントと一緒にRed Hat製品を活用したサービス稼働基盤・開発基盤の構築支援に従事

上記の支援を受け、1年後に一人前のコンサルタントを目指していただきます。

将来は、Red Hatが提供するプロダクトであるRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)、Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform、そしてRed Hat OpenShiftといった、エンタープライズITを牽引する主要なオープンソース技術を身につけ、単なる導入担当・構築担当ではなく、企業のDXを技術と文化の両面から加速させるITスペシャリストへの道が開かれています。

アプリケーションからインフラまで横断的に技術スタックを習得し、市場価値の高いプロフェッショナルへと成長できます。これにより、IT業界の最前線で幅広く活躍するための、実践的なスキルと深い知見、そして豊富な経験を築くことができます。

技術への探究心: LinuxやKubernetesなどの先進的なオープンソーステクノロジーや仮想化やAIなどのIT技術への強い情熱や学習意欲がある方。複雑な仕組みをシンプルに自動化する仕組みに喜びを感じる方が望ましいです。
また、IaC や自動化の視点でコーディングの素養を重視しています。アプリケーション開発またはプログラミングの経験も必須です。
課題解決への意欲: お客様の課題に真摯に向き合い、解決策を共に探せる方。
成長へのコミットメント: 新しい技術や知識を積極的に学び、自身のキャリアを切り拓く意欲のある方。

本プログラムでは海外の同期メンバーとともに共通のカリキュラム(英語)にて学習やワークショップを行います。英語ネイティブでない方は、英語に拒否感がなく、英語能力を伸ばしたい意志があることが必須です。
