What You'll Do

You will review a large amount of traffic data (road incidents: constructions, closures, etc.), feedback from customers to improve their experience;
You will do a root-cause analysis using various data sources and tools to understand the customers’ issues;
You will make high quality edits on OSM and other internal data sources based on guidelines
You will provide investigations and analysis, find patterns and write reports;
You will tightly interact with teammates, managers and engineers to improve current tools, workflows, products and services.

Analytical mindset and ability to identify common patterns in large volumes of information (SQL and proven analytical experience will be a great advantage);
Ability to work from the office for the first three months during the probation period, visit the office for team sprints periodically (bimonthly).

Welcomed

OSM data model understanding and editing experience (or other services), interest in cartography and navigation;
Proven knowledge of SQL/Python/JS/Low Code technologies for data analysis and automations;
Experience applying AI tools for information retrieval, process automation, or workflow optimization;
Interest in developing their skills and expanding competencies within working domain;
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
Knowledge of traffic rules or ability to learn them quickly.
