Job Description:

As a Principal TPM, you won’t just manage a backlog—you will define how AI scales across our enterprise, collaborating with world-class research scientists and engineers to turn bleeding-edge AI into robust, production-grade platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Vision & Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the technical design, product strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle management for core AI products, transforming complex corporate strategy into executable, high-impact product roadmaps.
Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Serve as the central technical bridge bridging AI Research, Engineering, Data Platforms, Security, and Product teams to ship sophisticated AI capabilities.
Architecture & Scale: Drive the product requirements for high-throughput, low-latency architectures—ensuring our AI systems are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized.
Continuous Evolution: Oversee the continuous benchmarking, fine-tuning, and upgrading of models and agent frameworks to maintain market leadership and technical excellence.
Advanced Problem Solving: Navigate highly ambiguous, unprecedented technical challenges in the AI space, leveraging deep analytical frameworks to resolve complex system bottlenecks, alignment issues, and infrastructure constraints.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
7+ years of deep technical experience spanning Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI Research, with a proven track record of shipping platform-level products.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; proven ability to influence executive leadership and deeply technical engineering teams without direct authority.
Advanced knowledge of the modern AI stack (e.g., Vector DBs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vLLM, Hugging Face, Triton Inference Server).
Hands-on experience with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed training infrastructure (Kubernetes, Slurm, GPU/TPU orchestration).
Deep understanding of Agile/XP and Lean Product Design applied specifically to highly experimental R&D or platform engineering environments.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance cutting-edge AI experimentation with enterprise-grade reliability, safety, and compliance.

Annual Pay Range:

111,900 - 158,000 USD
