Responsibilities

Why this role mattersThis is a high-impact BDR role focused on quality over volume.You’ll work closely with Account Executives on a defined set of enterprise and mid-market accounts, helping to build strategic pipeline across ANZ and Asia.

This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how to think commercially, not just execute activity.

Qualifications

1–2 years in BDR/SDR or outbound prospecting role• Experience working in structured outbound environments. Languages a bonus: Bahasa, Mandarin, Thai, MalayMindset• Curious and commercially minded — you want to understand how businesses operate• Self-driven — you take ownership of your results• Coachable — you actively seek feedback and improve• Team-first — low ego, high collaboration• Resilient — you stay consistent through challengesSkills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to craft personalised, relevant outreach• Solid understanding of qualification and discovery• Comfortable engaging with mid-level to senior stakeholders• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn and sequencing toolsWhat you’ll get• Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and complex deals• Coaching focused on commercial thinking and deal quality• A clear pathway into Account Executive roles• Opportunity to work in a high-performance, collaborative environment• Experience in one of the most strategic areas of cybersecurity
