Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive with proven experience in SEO or digital marketing agency sales. This is a high-impact role focused on driving new business through outbound sales.

This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be based in Cape Town for quarterly in-person team meetups and strategy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive outbound sales through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Identify, qualify business opportunities in the SEO/digital marketing space
Conduct discovery calls and present tailored SEO solutions to potential clients
Maintain and update pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
Stay up to date with SEO trends and digital marketing innovations

Requirements

Proven sales experience within an SEO, digital marketing, or marketing agency environment
Minimum 2+ years in a Sales Executive or Business Development role
Strong understanding of SEO services and digital marketing solutions
Demonstrated track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
Experience with outbound sales and high call volumes
Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Must be based in Cape Town (required for quarterly meetups)
