On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Main Responsibilities

Define and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
Support the full-cycle recruitment process from start to offer
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure job requirements/job descriptions are accurate
Contribute towards creating an excellent candidate experience
Attend careers and university events

Requirements

BA degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field; MA in Human Resources will be an asset
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Tech Industry or Manufacturing Industry
Familiar with the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong experience with sourcing using internet job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek
Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel
Very good communication skills
Strong sense of integrity and accountability
Willingness to take initiative and drive results
Detail oriented personality with analytical thinking
Very good planning and time-management skills
Team player with a collaborative mindset
