Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the finance, FinTech, or related industries.

This is a remote SDR role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings with key decision-makers. You will play a critical role in generating pipeline and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and engage potential clients within the finance or business sectors
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a sales role
Experience in finance, FinTech, banking, insurance, or related industries is highly preferred
Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to understand and communicate financial products/services
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Experience working with international markets (UK/US) is a plus
