Overview:

As a Litigation Attorney at Messner Reeves LLP, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of cases and providing exceptional legal services. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and strategic problem-solving.

The ideal Litigation Attorney will possess the following:

3+ years of defense litigation experience.
Experience in different practice areas - general liability, commercial litigation, and construction law.
Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
JD from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in the State of NY or CA

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $190,000 per year.
