A 140-bed behavioral health hospital in Valdosta, Georgia is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its expanding psychiatric team.

The facility provides a full continuum of behavioral healthcare, including inpatient services, PHP, and IOP.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders
Provide inpatient psychiatric care
Collaborate with therapists, nurses, psychologists, and social workers
Participate in treatment planning and family education
Support continuity of care through PHP and IOP when appropriate ,

Requirements

Qualifications

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
