Job Description

A well-established family medicine practice is seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join its team. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care while working alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team.

Position Overview

Full-time, employed position
Outpatient-only practice
Team includes 2 Physicians and 12 support staff members
Responsibilities include:

Performing physical examinations and diagnostic testing
Obtaining and documenting medical histories
Educating patients on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
Prescribing and managing medications as appropriate

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements

Qualifications

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
Must maintain BLS and ACLS certifications
