職務概要

コパード株式会社のアカウントエグゼクティブ（Account Executive）として、日本市場での成長と顧客獲得を推進する重要な役割を担います。
日本市場向けの戦略を構築・実行し、ブランド認知の向上、パートナーシップの強化、顧客開拓を推進します。
また、社内外の関係者と協力しながら、新規営業機会を創出・管理し、SalesforceエコシステムにおけるDevOps分野のリーダーとしてCopadoを確立することが求められます。

主な業務内容

日本市場向けの成長戦略を策定・実行し、新規エンタープライズ顧客を獲得
社内外の関係者と連携し、日本市場向けのバリュープロポジションを策定・展開
市場トレンドや主要KPIを分析し、マネジメントチームへレポート
日本における戦略的パートナーシップを構築（Salesforce Sales & Customer Successチーム、ISVパートナー、SIベンダーなど）
顧客との長期的な関係を構築し、導入後の成功をサポート
積極的なアウトバウンド営業活動を行い、パイプラインを拡大
顧客の成長目標・戦略・課題を理解し、Copadoの最適なソリューションを提案

Brief Summary of the Role
Join Copado as an Account Executive in Japan, where you’ll play a critical role in driving regional growth and customer acquisition. You’ll develop and execute a solid strategy for targeting the Japan market, building awareness, advocacy, and partnerships. By working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will identify and manage new sales opportunities to position Copado as the leading solution in the DevOps space for the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and implementing a regional strategy for growth and acquiring new enterprise customers in Japan.
Collaborating with internal and external teams to define and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to the Japan market.
Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key metrics and market trends to the management team.
Supporting regional development efforts, including building relationships with influencers across implementation partners, ISVs, and Salesforce Sales and Customer Success teams in Japan.
Engaging with customers to ensure their long-term success after the deal closure.
Driving outbound prospecting activities to expand your pipeline.
Understanding customers' growth objectives, strategies, and challenges, and positioning Copado as a best-in-class solution.
Exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
Participating in product, sales, and process training to develop deep expertise in Copado’s solutions and strategy.
Managing account relationships, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of recent experience in technology and IT solution sales.
6+ years of recent experience in enterprise customer market sales.
3+ years of experience in a sales capacity within the Salesforce ecosystem.
A hunter mindset with a proven track record in new business development and pipeline generation.
Strong ability to navigate complex client hierarchies, engaging both technical and economic decision-makers early in the sales process.
Team player with a collaborative approach.
Thrives in a startup or fast-paced environment.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to listen, empathize, and understand client challenges.
Bonus: Proven track record of driving co-sell motions with System Integrators (SIs) and ISV partners to accelerate pipeline generation.
Bonus: Knowledge of DevOps and/or testing software.
Bonus: Business-level English communication skills
