The Role

Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You’re in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You’ll be there from the start of a project — understanding what’s needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you’ll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

As an Infrastructure Architect, you’ll draw upon the full breadth of your talent and experience. This is a technical leadership role, so we want you to bring your vision, knowledge, and leadership to each project. To the client, you’re the subject matter expert – consulting early, gathering inputs, understanding what they need from our solution. You define what Kyndryl can do to meet this solution. You design the best solution for the job. And finally, you’re the tech leader for implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Digital Workplace Engineering for 50K+ endpoints
Drive automation, AI-led operations, and workflow orchestration
Define architecture standards and manage escalations
Ensure strong requisition and application hygiene practices
Implement large-scale endpoint automation and self-heal solutions
Deliver AI-led transformation (Agentic AI, zero-touch, predictive support)
Leverage Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and ServiceNow for workflow integration
Improve XLA/XPI, CSAT, and overall digital experience
Ensure KPI, SLA, and MTTR targets are met
Lead engineering teams, capability development, and performance
Manage stakeholders, governance, and client escalations

Required Technical and Professional Experience:

Required Technical Skills
•12+ years in Digital Workplace / Managed Services
• Experience with India domestic clients (BFSI, Healthcare, etc.) Required expertise in SysTrack, Nexthink, Anakage
• Required experience in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, ServiceNow
• Required knowledge of endpoint management and digital experience tools
• Required understanding of XLA, XPI, and self-heal frameworks
Required AI & Automation Skills
• Required experience managing 50K+ endpoints
• Required hands-on experience in AI-led workplace automation
• Required knowledge of zero-touch and predictive support models
Required Leadership & Operational Skills
• Required team management and stakeholder handling experience
• Required experience in KPI/SLA governance and service delivery
• Required strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with relevant certifications (Microsoft, ServiceNow, ITIL preferred)
Drive initiatives like Zero Operations, Predictive Intelligence, and AI-readiness assessments.
Conduct tool maturity assessments and recommend enhancements.
Champion the use of GenAI and industry best practices in automation design.
Ensure automation solutions comply with enterprise security, data privacy, and audit requirements.
Maintain SLA adherence and monitor automation performance metrics.
