Restaurant Manager

at Parian Chronicle Destination by Hyatt in Paros.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement menus in collaboration with chefs, focusing on quality and seasonal ingredients.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Conduct inventory audits and oversee supply chain management.
Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or resort environment.
Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proven experience in financial management and cost control.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment.
Willingness to relocate to Paros if not a current resident.
