Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative with experience in HVAC, home services, or construction-related sales. This is a remote SDR role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking appointments for the sales team.

You will play a key role in generating pipeline by reaching out to homeowners, property managers, and business clients, positioning HVAC solutions, and setting high-quality meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls, SMS, and email outreach to generate new business opportunities
Identify and qualify leads for HVAC installations, maintenance contracts, and service agreements
Book appointments and consultations for field sales reps or technicians
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects in CRM systems
Follow up with inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation campaigns
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, appointments set, conversions)

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Enterprise SDR, or B2B outbound sales
Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or property services is highly preferred
Proven track record in outbound calling and appointment setting
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working US business hours
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan is a plus)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment
