We're Hiring: Executive Assistant / Office Manager (NYC)

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join our growing team near Bryant Park in Manhattan.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, managing complex schedules, and helping a fast-paced team stay organized. You'll work closely with our CTO while also supporting day-to-day office operations and jumping in wherever needed.

What You'll Do

Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination for our CTO
Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
Handle office management responsibilities and vendor coordination
Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
Support team events, office operations, and administrative projects
Help with special projects and miscellaneous tasks that keep the office running efficiently

What We're Looking For

Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
Prior Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Operations experience is a plus

Location: Near Bryant Park, New York City (in-office preferred)
