Job Description

The English Trainer will design, deliver, and manage learning programs that build effective
communication skills for a technical and professional audience.
Corporate English & Communication Training

Design and facilitate engaging business English training programs focused on writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Conduct in-person workshops and 1:1 coaching to improve communication across technical, product, professional services and operational teams.
Develop practical modules that strengthen everyday workplace communication — such as writing clear documentation, running effective meetings, and presenting confidently.

Assessment & Skill Development

Conduct diagnostic assessments to evaluate language proficiency and identify communication gaps.
Track learning progress through assessments and feedback tools.
Provide actionable coaching and feedback tailored to each learner’s goals.

Cross-Cultural Communication Support

Train employees to collaborate effectively with global counterparts, particularly across India–US team. This also includes customers in the US.
Conduct cultural intelligence sessions on workplace etiquette, communication tone, and presentation norms.
Support initiatives that strengthen OpenGov’s global team culture.

Program Management & Reporting

Maintain attendance, feedback, and performance tracking for all training programs.
Partner with the India leadership team to align training goals with business priorities.
Measure impact through participant feedback, performance metrics, and communication quality improvements
