Lead the Front Office Crew and create a fun, motivated, high-performing environment
Deliver next-level guest experiences with confidence, personality, and authenticity
Own the daily operation of the Front Office and make things happen smoothly
Handle guest requests, challenges, and surprises like a true host
Collaborate with all departments to keep the Moxy energy flowing

Ensure Marriott brand standards are met with style

Requirements

A natural people person with leadership skills and positive energy
Experienced in Front Office operations within hospitality
Passionate about lifestyle hospitality and guest engagement
Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
Tech-savvy and familiar with Opera PMS
Fluent in Greek and English
Flexible, proactive, and ready to lead from the fron
