Mission

We are building something genuinely new in enterprise AI - not pilots, not demos, but production-grade agentic systems running in some of the most regulated industries in the world. We need a sharp, curious Inbound SDR who will be the first person a potential customer talks to, and who takes that seriously.

This is not a script-reading role - you will be expected to understand what we do well enough to qualify leads thoughtfully, connect the dots between a prospect's problem and our platform, and hand off conversations that are actually ready to close.

What you will do on a daily basis

Own the inbound pipeline: respond to leads quickly (on hourly and daily cadences), reach out, ask the right questions, and qualify & schedule with precision.
Research accounts before every conversation - understand the company, the industry, and where AI fits into their world.
Use our CRM and sales tools fluently: log everything, keep data clean, and surface insights that help the team.
Coordinate across time zones, covering both US and European business hours.
Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth, informed handoff every time.
Spot patterns in inbound traffic and share what you're seeing with marketing and sales leadership.

Very likely you can be successful if you have

1–3 years of experience in an inbound SDR or similar sales development role.
Excellent written and spoken English - you are often the first impression we make.
Systems fluency: you pick up new tools quickly, keep your CRM spotless, and know how to find information without being told where to look.
A genuine interest in the problems our customers face - banking, insurance, and logistics operations are not trivial, and the right person finds that interesting, not intimidating.
Strong organizational instincts: you manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads.
Comfort working independently and across time zones, with the discipline to cover both US and EU hours reliably.

Nice to have

Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI.
Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation.
Additional European languages beyond English.
